Tariff plan - a set of technical support options and functionality of the Platform control panel.
Subscription - a type of digital access of the User to a set of paid options of the Tariff plan and additional services.
2. General provisions
2.1. This document is a public offer of the Platform's copyright holder Alexey Anatolyevich Shavrin IP to the Users. Registration on the site is an acceptance of this offer. Termination of the renewal of the Subscription, its cancellation or deletion of the organization's account are considered a condition for the cancellation of the offer.
2.2. By using or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms (collectively, the "Agreement") and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, you may not use or access the Services. 2.3. We may update the Terms and Privacy Policy on the Site at any time. 4. Access to the Services
4.1. Access to the Platform Services is provided to the User after registration and authorization in the control panel.
4.2. After registration, a User account and an organization account are created. The organization account is automatically assigned a free 14-day subscription with a trial plan. During this period, the User can try the Platform Services free of charge.
4.3. By making a further transition to any paid Tariff plan and paying for the subscription, the User confirms the compliance of the Services with his requirements and agrees to a non-refundable payment for the subscription.
5. Payment methods
5.1. We accept for payment cards of payment systems VISA, MasterCard, MIR.
5.2. To pay for goods by credit card, select this payment method when placing an order. Next, go to the bank's payment page and enter your bank card details:

6. Refund
6.1. During the use of the initial free 14-day trial subscription, there is a warranty period during which the User has the right to interrupt the use of the Platform. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions.
6.2. The user has the right to request a refund of unused funds from the balance of the organization. When paying with a bank card, the money will be returned to the card from which the payment was made. The return period is from 1 to 30 business days.
